What can we source?

If it goes into a build, we can probably source it. Here's what LEDS Sourcing brings into Australia for builders, developers and owner-builders, and the compliance we check on each.

Kitchens and joinery

  • Kitchen carcasses, doors and panels made to your drawings
  • Wardrobes and walk-in robes
  • Laundry and butler's pantry cabinetry
  • Hinges, drawer runners and handles

We check: Shop drawings signed off before production

Benchtops and stone

  • Sintered stone and porcelain slabs
  • Natural stone: marble, granite and travertine
  • Benchtops, vanity tops and splashbacks cut to template

We check: Only products allowed under Australia's July 2024 engineered stone ban

Windows and doors

  • Aluminium windows: awning, sliding, double hung and fixed
  • Sliding, stacker and bifold doors
  • Entry doors and pivot doors
  • Internal doors and cavity sliders

We check: AS 2047 test reports and safety glazing to AS 1288

Bathrooms and plumbing

  • Vanities, wall-hung and floor-standing
  • Tapware, mixers and showers
  • Basins, baths and shower screens
  • Mirrors and shaving cabinets

We check: WaterMark and WELS certification for anything connected to water

Tiles and flooring

  • Porcelain and ceramic floor and wall tiles
  • Feature and mosaic tiles
  • Engineered timber flooring
  • Outdoor pavers

We check: Slip ratings for wet areas and outdoor use

Cladding and decking

  • Composite and aluminium cladding
  • Battens and screening
  • Composite decking boards
  • Aluminium decking subframes

We check: NCC combustibility rules and BAL ratings for bushfire areas

Outdoor structures

  • Aluminium pergolas and louvre roofs
  • Glass and aluminium balustrades
  • Pool fencing
  • Gates and screens

We check: Engineering to Australian wind loads, and AS 1926.1 for pool barriers

Structural timber

  • LVL beams and joists
  • Structural and form plywood
  • Engineered timber products

We check: Stress grades and stamping to Australian standards

Lighting and electrical

  • LED downlights and strip lighting
  • Pendants and feature lights
  • LED mirrors
  • Ceiling fans

We check: RCM marking for electrical products sold in Australia

Not on the list? Ask. If a factory makes it and it can meet the Australian standard for how it's used, we can quote it. Direct import stacks up best on bigger orders: a full kitchen, a house lot of windows, a container of flooring.
