Custom Joinery
Custom joinery made to measure and installed by our own team: wardrobes and walk-in robes, vanities, laundries, bar and entertainment units, and built-in storage.
LEDS Kitchens · Joinery
Made to measure, built to last.
Joinery is everything built in: wardrobes and walk-in robes, bathroom vanities, laundries, bar and entertainment units, studies and storage. LEDS Kitchens designs, makes and installs it across the Sutherland Shire and Southern Sydney, for homeowners and for builders like Jessop Constructions and TC Built.
Every piece starts with a site measure and a drawing you sign off, so it fits the room exactly and works the way you'll use it.
- Measured on site and drawn up before anything is made
- Wardrobes, vanities, laundries, bars and built-ins
- polytec boards and Blum hinges and runners
- Stone benchtops from Smartstone and Mirostone
- Installed by our own team, not subcontracted
- Works for homeowners and builders alike

Materials
Finishes and hardware
The finish sets the look; the hardware decides how it feels in ten years. We use materials we know hold up in Australian homes.
- Boards
- polytec melamine and laminates: matt colours, woodgrains and textured finishes that resist scratches and stains.
- Feature finishes
- Painted and timber veneer doors for a statement piece. Ask us what suits the room and budget.
- Hardware
- Blum hinges, drawer runners and lift systems, with soft-close as standard.
- Benchtops
- Engineered stone from Smartstone and Mirostone for vanities, bars and laundries, or laminate where budget matters.
How it works
From measure to install
Measure & brief
We measure on site and talk through how you'll use the space, what needs to fit and the look you're after.
Design & quote
You get drawings, finishes and a fixed quote. Nothing is made until you've signed off on the drawings.
Manufacture
Your joinery is cut and assembled to the drawings, with hardware and benchtops ordered to suit.
Install
Our own team installs, adjusts doors and drawers, and leaves the room clean.

Questions
Joinery questions
How long does custom joinery take?
Allow a few weeks from signing off the drawings to installation for most jobs, longer for a full house of joinery or if stone benchtops are involved. We'll give you a timeline with your quote and keep you posted if anything changes.
How much does custom joinery cost?
It depends on size, finish, hardware and benchtops more than anything else. A simple built-in wardrobe costs far less than a full walk-in robe with drawers and lighting. We give you a fixed, itemised quote after measuring, so you can see where the money goes and adjust before anything is made.
What materials do you use?
Mostly polytec boards, which come in matt colours, woodgrains and textured finishes and hold up well to daily use. Hinges and drawer runners are Blum, and benchtops are usually engineered stone from Smartstone or Mirostone. Ask us about painted and timber veneer finishes if you want something different.
Do you install the joinery yourselves?
Yes. Our own team measures and installs, so the people who drew it are responsible for it fitting.
Can you work with my builder or designer?
Yes. We regularly supply joinery for builders such as Jessop Constructions and TC Built, and we work from architects' and designers' drawings as well as our own.
Can you match my existing kitchen or cabinetry?
Often, yes. Bring us the brand and colour of your existing boards and benchtops if you have them, or we can match by eye from a sample. Exact matches aren't always possible with discontinued colours, and we'll tell you up front if that's the case.
