New Build Design
Your new home, designed and costed together
A new build starts with a lot of decisions, and the design is where most of the cost is set. LEDS Design works with you from the first concept sketch, pricing the design as it develops so the budget stays real the whole way through.
Because our design team sits alongside LEDS Constructions, the people drawing your home are the people building it. You get one team and one point of contact from concept, through approval, to handover.
